The DDX Digital Transformation Maturity Model, developed by TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, provides digital transformation roadmaps to help companies make advances in digitalization that will provide them a competitive edge. Through extensive partnerships, the model contributes to the financial support businesses receive.
With consultants certified by TÜBİTAK, Startin Strategy is the implementer of the “DDX-Digital Maturity Model,” which was created in partnership with Boğaziçi University and TÜSSİDE.Startin assesses the degrees of digital maturity of companies via this methodology.
The DDX Maturity Model is a scientific model created by TUBITAK professionals and Boğaziçi University Academicians as a result of a deep literature review, analysis of hundreds of models, and feedback from studies conducted with many companies.
The DDX digital maturity model performs a 5-dimensional analytical assessment under the headings of D3A criteria:
Additionally, it shows the current levels of maturity in relation to the anonymised analysis data of hundreds of businesses which is protected by the Tubitak.
The DDX process creates roadmaps for businesses to achieve sustainability and competitive advantage by increasing their digital maturity levels. The model also guides businesses in their investment decisions by presenting concrete project suggestions. The report is required by various institutions that support digital transformation, and the projects it presents are supported by these institutions.

The DDX report and business plan are required as a prerequisite for many incentive, financing, and support models. The number and scope of these programs are increasing. For all current programs, please get in touch.
Within the framework of the programs conducted by KOSGEB, special credit financing is offered for project proposals provided with a DDX report.
The Ministry of Industry and Technology is offering supporting financial services in accordance with the DDX report, as part of the national technology initiative.
